I set it to encode to 320kbps MP3, and for whatever reason SOME of the tracks were showing as mp2 in Adobe Audition. If you don't go into settings (the gear symbol) and set your own custom format for NoteBurner, it defaults to MP4. So if you rip an album you're gunna need Adobe Audition to apply "Normalization" - 98 percent should be good enough to keep everything mutually consistent - IE: No one track is louder or quieter than the other tracks in that album. Thankfully it will retain the track numbers so you can still copy everything into one place.īy default, the volume of your ripped tracks is always 50 percent.
